Determine specific welding requirements
Shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools.
Effectively layout designs
Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
Joining metal sections using hand tools, examining welds by filing, grinding.
Examine weld for bead size and other specifications.
Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions
Follow, create and help maintain welding procedure specifications




Maintain occupational health and safety at work at all times
Perform all necessary maintenance and repair as per job sheet.
Required skills Must hold trade certificate qualification in welding.
Have at least 2 years work experience as a welder and knowledge in the industry.
Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
