The Role
As a an Educator, you will:
• Support children's learning, wellbeing and development
• Contribute to engaging, meaningful programs aligned with the EYLF
• Build warm and trusting relationships with families
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team




• Maintain thoughtful documentation and reflective practice
• Help create a calm, nurturing room environment
If you are working towards your qualification, we will mentor and support you as you grow.
About You
You will have:
• A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care,or actively studying towards
• Current Blue Card
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
• A genuine love of working with children
• Warm, professional communication skills
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Commitment to continuous learning
Experience with OWNA (or similar software) is welcome but not essential.
