About The Role
As the Business Manager for APM Warwick's Inclusive Employment Australia team, you'll lead both people and performance.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you set the tone, drive outcomes, and ensure high‐quality, person‐centred support for job seekers.
You Will
Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Employment ConsultantsDrive strong performance outcomes and uphold service excellenceSupport job seekers through tailored, person‐centred employment assistanceBuild and maintain relationships with local employers and community partnersUse data, insights and reporting to guide decisions and future planning
