As Clinical Facilitator Midwifery, you'll play a key role in strengthening clinical capability across maternity services.
By supporting learning, building confidence and promoting best-practice care, you'll help create positive experiences for women, babies and families while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Coaching, mentoring and assessing midwives and students to build skills, confidence and clinical excellence.
Partnering with leaders and multidisciplinary teams to support safe, evidence-informed and woman-centred care.
Identifying learning opportunities and delivering practical education that improves capability and patient outcomes.
Driving quality and safety initiatives that strengthen practice standards and foster continuous improvement.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Midwife with relevant professional accreditation.
Strong contemporary midwifery knowledge and the ability to support evidence-based practice.
Experience coaching, mentoring and assessing clinical capability in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study in clinical education or a related field and/or experience supporting workforce development within maternity services.
