Your Role:As our HV Team Works Manager, you'll lead the delivery of high-voltage and electrical infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee field operations, manage supervisors and site teams, coordinate resources, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time both in the office and in the field, working closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and our operational teams.
You'll be responsible for driving safety, productivity, quality and commercial performance while mentoring and developing our people.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate multiple electrical construction, maintenance and commissioning projects.Manage site-based supervisors,



electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership and compliance with WHS legislation and company systems.Plan labour, plant and equipment to maximise resource utilisation across projects.Monitor project progress, productivity, budgets and contractual obligations.Review and approve procurement requirements, timesheets and project reporting.Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and quality reviews.Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service.Mentor and develop employees through coaching, performance reviews and leadership.Provide technical guidance and practical solutions across HV and LV electrical works.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years' experience leading electrical construction, maintenance or infrastructure projects.Robust leadership experience managing field crews and subcontractors.Extensive knowledge of HV/LV electrical infrastructure and safe work practices, including transformer and protection relay maintenance.Experience with Omicron test equipment.Queensland Construction White Card.Current Queensland Driver Licence.Current CPR and LVR.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to interpret drawings,



specifications and technical documentation.Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic Licence.Previous experience in renewable energy, substations, transmission or distribution projects, managing project budgets and commercial performance.
