Position Summary
This position is suited to a person who wants to work up to 30 hours per week, preferably over a 5-day week.

The Receptionist is responsible for providing day-to-day reception responsibilities and supporting administrative functions of the company.
The Receptionist will be customer service focussed and the role will act as a first point of contact for the organisation and deliver timely, accurate and effective administration services to a variety of stakeholders.
This position is required to build robust working relationships across the company.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with reception practices and procedures
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and direct visitors to the worksite as appropriate
Act as the first point of contact for Incat and the Fast Ferry Museum
Answer and direct phone calls at reception to the relevant work area
Collate employee absentee calls and provide reporting to HR department
Coordinate employee of the month with HR department
Ensure stationery, consumables and office supplies are ordered, maintained and distributed
Coordinate monitoring of the Incat reception and incat@incat email inboxes, and respond to or triage internal and external communication as appropriate
Process and direct ingoing and outgoing mail and incoming packages or deliveries, including arranging courier services
Coordinate meeting room bookings and on-site visitors
Maintain PPE for site visitors and groups
Coordinate general office tidiness, maintenance of common office areas and meeting rooms
Coordinate catering and other reservations
Assist with organisation and execution of company functions and events
