We are pleased to invite Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Firefighter at Kokoda Barracks Fire Station, Canungra, Queensland
About The Role
This role will see you working as part of a qualified team of Firefighters responsible for emergency response and fire protection services at Kokoda Barracks.You will perform duties as directed by the Station and Sub Station Officers, including but not limited to:Maintaining operational readiness in accordance with relevant proceduresResponding to incidents as requiredEnsuring all operational and administrative duties are completed accuratelyComplying with operational health, safety and environmental requirementsParticipating in training, drills and exercises to maintain operational capabilityDemonstrating strong teamwork and self-motivation in a dynamic operational environment
Special Conditions
To be eligible for this role, you must be able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
