We are seeking anInventory Control Specialistto join our growing ATOMic team and play a key role in supporting the growth, implementation, and ongoing success of ATOMic solutions across Australia.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for partnering with regional Sales Teams and Site Facilitators to identify opportunities, develop solutions, support customer implementations, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
You will act as a subject matter expert for ATOMic solutions, helping customers unlock value through improved inventory control while coaching internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality service experience.
This is a highly collaborative role working with:
ATOM Sales Teams
Site Facilitators
ATOMic Team
Branch Managers and Operations Teams
Customer stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Customer Solutions
Partner with Sales Teams to identify and scope new ATOMic opportunities.
Develop customer-focused solutions aligned to operational requirements.
Prepare sales proposals, commercial reviews, and customer presentations.
Support the sales process through to contract execution and successful implementation.
Identify growth opportunities within existing ATOM customer accounts.
Provide recommendations and insights to maximise customer value.




ATOMic Implementation & Service Delivery
Guide Sales Teams and customers through the ATOMic implementation process.
Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
Support Site Facilitators to deliver consistent vending and VMI services.
Develop and maintain Facilitator Packs and supporting documentation.
Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
Monitor service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Coaching & Stakeholder Support
Coach and develop regional Sales Teams on the ATOMic offering and sales process.
Support and develop Site Facilitators to achieve consistent service delivery standards.
Work collaboratively with Branch Managers and operational teams.
Provide training, presentations, and ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Insights
Provide ATOMic reporting, insights, and recommendations to Sales Teams and customers.
Analyse inventory data and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
Support customer reviews through meaningful reporting and presentations.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
You will ideally have:




Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer solutions role.
Experience developing proposals and presenting solutions to customers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
Experience working with ERP systems and business reporting tools.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using PowerPoint and Word.
Experience coaching, influencing, or leading teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams.

Travel Requirements
This role will require regular travel across Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory to support customers, sales teams, and implementation activities.
