ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the Logic Innovation Precinct (LIP), a unique collaboration between education, industry and government that is shaping the future of advanced manufacturing, logistics and emerging technologies.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager – LIP, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that facility use, people and systems operate safely and efficiently and that all activities for industry, Defence, education and other stakeholders are coordinated in line with organisational governance, delegations, and procedures, through close collaboration with internal teams including Facilities and Infrastructure, ICT, WHS, Finance and Education Delivery.
Duties:
Lead the daily operations of the Logic Innovation Precinct.Coordinate facility bookings, training activities, events and operational services.Build strong relationships with industry, Defence and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with WHS, risk management and operational governance requirements.Drive operational improvements, utilisation and customer service outcomes.

Essential:
Diploma or a Bachelor Degree qualification in Operations, Facilities Management,



Business, or a related field, or equivalent extensive demonstrated experience.Experience managing complex operational environments with multiple stakeholders.Strong knowledge of WHS, risk management and compliance.Current Australian Driver Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
Be licenced to operate a Gantry Crane (or willingness and ability to obtain) - Bridge and gantry crane operation licence (CB).
This role may also require Forklift and other licenced tickets as determined.Experience working in a Heavy Vehicle related industry and / or in Advanced Manufacturing.Experience supporting recent site establishment or major operational transitions, as well as supporting commercial or contract-based service delivery.
