Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in rural environmentsIn-depth technical knowledge of construction processesExcellent organizational and planning skillsCommitment to safety and quality standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and solve problems effectivelyPassion for contributing to rural communities
