Due to our ongoing success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experiencedHead Chefto join our fantastic team.
We are looking for someone that is excited using seasonal ingredients and has the passion and ability to create modern, forward thinking wholesome food.
We love using the best produce we can find and have a beautiful kitchen with a small kitchen team to support you.
What you'll do
Menu development and creation of modern breakfast and lunch items
Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent high-quality production
Contribute to the development of a positive team culture
Food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety, and sanitation

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or a Head Chef in a similar environment
Relevant trade qualifications
Experience with budgeting of food costs and waging expenses etc
Robust work ethic and highly motivated
Passion for, and a sense of pride in your work
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills
Ideally, you will have a passion for food and are inspired to master your cuisine.
Although experience with cafecuisine is highly advantageous, we believe the candidate with the right skills and attitude will make this role and our business a continued success.
