We are seeking an Administrator to join our Perth team and support our day-to-day operations and workforce mobilisation activities.
About the Role
This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity commencing in mid-August **** and continuing through to Christmas, with potential to transition into a permanent role in the new year.
Working closely with the operations team, you will provide administrative and mobilisation support across mining and construction projects throughout Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Generalist Administration
- Coordinate day‐to‐day office administration and operations
- Provide operational support including job setup administration, office and site supplies, and staff assistance
- Liaise with IT providers, insurers, suppliers and contractors
- Support business systems administration, including Microsoft 365, Dropbox/OneDrive, HRIS and reporting
FIFO Mobilisation
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation and demobilisation across mining and construction projects
- Manage site access requirements and client onboarding processes
- Book and coordinate medical assessments, inductions and training requirements
- Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for employees and contractors
- Ensure mobilisation packs and project documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain personnel records, databases and mobilisation trackers
- Liaise with employees, contractors,



clients and project stakeholders regarding mobilisation requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve mobilisation issues before they impact project schedules
- Respond to urgent operational requests and changing project requirements
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
About You
You will be a highly organised and dependable Administrator who is confident working autonomously in a busy project environment.
Success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised under pressure, manage competing priorities and respond quickly when project requirements change.
You'll be the type of person who enjoys solving problems, keeping others informed and ensuring critical workforce arrangements are completed accurately and on time.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, mobilisation or business support
- Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft 365 and document management systems
- Excellent organisation, time‐management and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Unrestricted WA Driver's Licence
Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
