We are looking for an organised, people-focused People & Culture Administrator to join our team.
In this role you'll provide essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist in the preparation of P&C; reports and workforce data analysis
Process employee change documentation, such as promotions, transfers and agreement amendments
Prepare employment agreements in alignment with relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements and legislation
Support P&C; projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives
Manage the roster exception process including completing daily timesheet changes in accordance with productions operations
Raise purchase orders for labour hire, training and others as required
Assist with payroll related queries, audits and reporting requirements
Provide support to the People & Culture team as required
What we are looking for
Proven administration experience, advantageous if experience working in a Human Resources function
Excellent written and verbal communication skills




Well-developed time management and organisational skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using HRIS and Payroll packages, in particular Chris21 and Kronos would be an advantage
