As part of our continued growth, we are seeking anATOMic Technician – Vending Solutionsto join our team and support the delivery, installation, and ongoing technical success of our vending solutions.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and delivering practical solutions.
You will play a key role in preparing, installing, maintaining, and supporting ATOMic vending solutions across customer sites.
Working closely with the ATOMic team, Sales team, Site Facilitators, and customers, you will ensure our solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Build & Configuration
Assemble and prepare ATOMic vending and inventory control solutions to customer specifications.
Configure machines in line with customer requirements and operational standards.
Complete quality checks, packaging, and dispatch of solutions to customer sites.
Meet agreed build timelines and service delivery expectations.
Technical Support & Customer Service
Provide remote technical support to customers via phone and digital platforms.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to maximise customer uptime.
Repair, replace, and reconfigure faulty components onsite as required.
Provide onsite installation support and customer training.
Build strong relationships through responsive and professional customer service.
Continuous Improvement & Safety




Identify opportunities to improve ATOMic processes, systems, and customer service outcomes.
Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety across workshop and customer environments.
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.
About You
We are seeking someone who is hands-on, technically capable, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
You will ideally have:
Experience with technical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
An aptitude for electrical, electronic, or technical tasks.
Experience providing technical support, software support, or working within a service environment.
Ability to understand and support technology-based solutions.
Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and stakeholders.
Experience using Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft BI, or basic coding/software support would be advantageous.
