About the role
You will be the driving force behind our Adelaide operations, leading a team of licensed professionals, building relationships with clients and partner companies, and ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time and to the standard our reputation is built on.
You will report directly to the Managing Director, with genuine autonomy and fast decision-making.
This is a demanding role, and at times it will require working beyond standard hours to meet client and project deadlines.
We need someone who leads from the front, anticipates problems rather than reacting to them, and puts their team first.
A region performs when the team trusts the person leading it.
Lead a team of asbestos removal professionals across day-to-day operations
Build and grow relationships with clients, contractors and partner companies
Take ownership of the region's performance across safety, quality and commercial results
Champion a culture where community safety is at the centre of everything we do
About you




Extensive building and construction background in project management, site supervision or a trade is essential
Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all client types, from residential customers through to tier one contractors and government agencies
Composed and professional in difficult conversations, whether with clients or staff, and able to manage all forms of communication with clarity and respect
A natural drive to lead, with a strong commitment to continued learning and improvement
Passionate about safety and protecting the community
Confident building relationships and accountable for revenue and performance targets
Thrives in a team environment, with a proven ability to motivate and develop people
Asbestos or WHS background is well regarded but not essential.
Full training and licensing funded by us
What we offer
$115,000 to $125,000 base plus superannuation

KPI-driven bonus structure with a realistic total package value of $150,000+
