About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pump Applications Engineer to join our team.
This is a hands‐on internal sales role supporting customers, projects and internal operations.
You'll be a key point of contact within the business, assisting with pump selection, preparing quotations, supporting sales and projects, and working closely with warehouse and logistics to deliver smooth outcomes.
If you enjoy combining technical understanding, customer service and practical sales support in a collaborative environment, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Understanding customer needs and assisting with pump selection and application support
Preparing clear, accurate quotations and tender documentation
Taking orders, advising on availability and lead times, and managing them through to dispatch
Providing technical support to customers and the external sales team




Working closely with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment
Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting internal sales administration
Assisting with inventory management and operational tasks as required
About You
Experience in internal sales, customer service or technical sales
(pump, engineering or industrial products experience is a strong advantage)
A natural problem‐solver with strong technical aptitude
Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and teams
High attention to detail and pride in getting things right
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM / ERP systems
Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
