About You & The Role
At CSI, we're all about empowering people to live life their way- and our Support Workers are at the heart of that mission.
As a Support Worker, you'll be providing meaningful, in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life.
Every day is different, and your work will include things like:
Personal care
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments or activities
Social and community support
You might also support clients withcomplex needs– but don't worry,we'll give you all the training you needto feel confident and capable.

We're Looking for Support Workers Who
Hold minCert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
Have agenuine passionfor supporting people living with a disability
Bringprevious experiencein disability or aged care (preferred)
Own asmartphonecompatible with company systems and apps
Hold acurrent NDIS Worker Screening Checkand/orWorking with Children Check(or are willing to apply)
Have aPolice Checkissued within the last 6 months
Hold acurrent First Aid Certificate
Have avalid driver's licenceand aroadworthy, insured vehicle
