Job Description
Samrat Indian Restaurant Authentic Indian Cuisine MYAREE WA **** Full Time Chef $***** + Superannuation Duties
Plan the menu and order food and kitchen supplies.
Prepare and cook meals to a high standard.
Make sure all dishes are prepared and presented well before serving.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients and cooked food.
Work closely with the restaurant manager and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Show other kitchen staff how to prepare and cook food when needed.
Follow and maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Help train recent kitchen staff if required.
Store, freeze and preserve food correctly to reduce waste and keep it fresh.
Qualification and Experience
Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.
1 year relevant work experience.
Experience in Indian cuisine is essential.
