Start your automotive career as a Parts Interpreter Apprentice with our Townsville team.
You'll complete a Certificate III in Automotive Sales while gaining hands-on experience, building product knowledge and learning how to support customers, workshops and fleets in a busy truck parts department.
What You'll Learn and Do:
Assist customers and internal teams with front counter and phone parts enquiries
Learn how to identify, source and supply truck parts accurately and efficiently
Support parts sales, invoices, purchase orders and credit returns
Assist with stock control, receipting, ordering, stock takes and warehousing tasks




Build product knowledge through practical training, mentoring and day-to-day experience
Work safely and contribute to a supportive, qualified and team-focused workplace
About You:
You're interested in the automotive or transport industry and keen to build a long-term career
You bring a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn
You enjoy helping people and can communicate clearly with customers and teammates
You have basic computer skills and good attention to detail
You're organised, safety conscious and comfortable working as part of a team
Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to parts, warehousing or automotive environments would be helpful, but is not essential
