We are searching for a passionate, caring Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindergarten Room and Diploma Qualified educators to join our team.
We are looking for an ECT with experience within a Kindergarten room and who has completed an Early Childhood Bachelor's degree or working towards with completion this year.
However if you are an amazing new graduate we would also love to hear from you.
You must have a passion for early years' education for our youngest children, and a creative flair for a natural environment.

We are looking for diploma qualified educators to join our team in several rooms due to maternity leave.
This will be an ongoing position and is not a short term contract.
We have beautifully made spaces that allow for change and a more harmonious environment, indoors and outside.
Our outdoor play space has all new natural wood play spaces and indoors we provide resources to ensure each educator can utilise the resources needed with their visions for the children.
The position will preferably be a full-time role as our families respect and appreciate seeing the same teacher throughout the week.
However we are also flexible, and for the right candidate would be willing to work with their availability.
Role Requirements::
a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards
Ability to follow the QKLG and provide a natural play based curriculum
Experience with the NQF, EYLF and NQS
Experience mentoring and supporting a team of educators
Working collaboratively as a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
Observations and extensions of learning - High quality inclusive program.
Documenting child development via online portal system (Storypark)
Providing a play-based curriculum
Engage in career development and reflective practice
Current Working with children check

Ability to manage individual routines
A creative flair for natural play space
Great communication skills - Responsible for the development and implementation of the Kindergarten program.
A caring, nurturing personality
Abecedarian training or knowledge an advantage
Must be motivated and caring
Ability to attend workshops and training
A genuine desire to foster all children's development and provide stimulating environments.
This is a must.
