About the Role
We are seeking aTrade Assistant or Apprentice Carpenterto join our manufacturing team on afull-time basis (40 hours per week).
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll be involved in all stages of constructing high-quality modular buildings in our factory.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to learn, develop practical skills and progress into a qualified trade.
Duties Include
Assisting with the construction of modular buildings
Framing, cladding and insulated panel installation
Assisting with internal fit-outs including flooring, linings, doors and windows
Operating hand and power tools
Loading, unloading and moving materials
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop
Assisting with quality control throughout the build process
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production deadlines
What We're Looking For




Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work well in a team
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Current driver's licence preferred
White Card preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with hand and power tools is an advantage
Previous construction or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
Apprentice Applicants

You'll receive hands-on training from experienced tradespeople while working towards your qualification.
