About the business and the role
Jaymak Sunshine Coast, is a highly successful private franchise within the Jaymak national franchise network.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in an setting that offers variety, flexibility, autonomy and small teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional hygiene cleaning service to current and existing Jaymak customers across the Sunshine Coast territories.
Working hours
Standard hours between 7am and 11pm, Monday to Friday.
This can vary a little depending on clients scheduling.
Determined via weekly schedule.
Maximum 8 hour shift.
Role Details
You will be performing equipment hygiene maintenance cleaning in hotels, hospitals, aged care, food manufacturing facilities etc.
· Ensuring that proper maintenance and cleaning procedures are followed to our ISO***** certified standards.
Performing mould and bacteria contamination control in cool rooms, fridges, dish washers and ice machines
Cleaning and sanitising Air Handling Units and Air Conditioners.
Performing detailed kitchen cleaning and sanitising.
Exhaust canopy and ducting cleaning.
Skills and Experience




·No previous experience is necessary, full training is provided on the job.
You must be well presented, reliable and flexible.
Able to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
Willingness to manage Staff
This role requires you to work with your hands, show attention to detail and solve problems.
You must be comfortable working at heights.
A White (OH&S;) Card, Elevated Work Platform Licence, Food Handlers Certificate and a clean Police Check & Working With Children Check is required.
First Aid Certificate will be an advantage.
White Card must be obtained within 3 months of starting if not already held.
Elevated Work Platform Licence must be obtained within 3 months of starting if not already held.
Full Drivers licence required.
You must be fully vaccinated (Covid & Flu)
A service vehicle along with all the necessary operating equipment is provided after the probation period or earlier.
