In this role, you will:
Oversee the development of Access Workers by enhancing their service quality
Engage with families by facilitating protected and secure access visits for children
Assist clientele with dedicated needs and uphold cultural understandings
Ensure program performance objectives are met and accurately reported
Collaborate with an array of stakeholders to establish a healthy environment for young people.

You possess strong mentorship capabilities and have proven supervisory experience
