About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and developing strong partnerships with electrical and security wholesalers.
You will also be expected to work with their contractors yet ultimately support the sales channel through the wholesale network.
This will be achieved by a direct approach by yourself, and leveraging and collaborating with sales staff and BDM's within the organisation to promote the PSS range.
Key Responsibilities
Channel & Customer Management
Manage and grow national relationships withelectrical wholesalersandsecurity wholesalers.
Manage existing Sales staff and BDM's from within the organisation who on-sell our product ranges.
Providing these sales team with the guidance, support and training required.
(Their success at selling our product is your responsibility)
Build current relationships with contractors and integrators to drive pull-through demand via wholesalers.




Deliver product training to wholesalers, their teams, contractors, and internal staff.
Ensure all partners (internal and external) understand our full product range, value proposition, and sales process.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide product and sales strategies.
Work with contractors to specify and standardise our products on projects.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in senior sales / sales management within the electrical, security, power solutions or related technical product sectors.
Experience managing wholesale relationships, supporting sales teams, working with contractors or integrators, and driving national growth through distributor channels will be highly regarded.
Salesforce experience will be highly regarded
