About the role:
As aCustomer Service Consultantin the Business Development Centre atFrizelle Sunshine Automotive, you will be the first voice many customers hear, setting the tone for every interaction and playing a real part in the dealership's success.
Your day-to-day will include:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls to book service and follow up on enquiries, giving you variety across every shift
Coordinating service appointments so that customers feel informed, valued, and confident before they arrive
Working closely with the service team to keep schedules running smoothly, building your knowledge of dealership operations along the way
Resolving customer questions promptly, with the support of an experienced team behind you
Maintaining accurate customer records so every interaction is tracked and followed through
About You:
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and communicates clearly, whether on the phone or in writing.
More about you:
Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or reception role is what you bring to the table
Clear, confident phone communication comes naturally to you
Staying organised across multiple tasks is something you manage without stress
A working knowledge of automotive or dealership environments is a bonus,



though not essential
Computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly will set you up for success here
