About the Role
Provide high-quality customer service and operational support across our community house facilities, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors.
In this varied role, you will assist with front-of-house enquiries, support programs and events, manage bookings and POS transactions, and help maintain safe, well-presented spaces while working collaboratively within a supportive team.
Reporting to the Community House Coordinator the core responsibilities include:




Providing exceptional front-of-house customer service, assisting visitors with enquiries, bookings and program information
Supporting the delivery of community programs, events and room hire, including POS transactions and basic administration
Ensuring facilities are safe, clean and well-presented, including set-up, pack-down and routine inspections
Building positive relationships with community members, stakeholders and team members while contributing to a collaborative work environment
About You
Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in a busy, customer-facing environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and empathetically with a diverse community
Well-organised with attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
A collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships and contributes to a supportive team culture
Adaptable and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem solving and day-to-day operations
