The Opportunity
If you have some solid foundational experience under your belt but are looking for that next big leap where you can truly grow into a role, this is it.
Working closely within our dedicated SEO team of four, you will be the analytical driver behind our clients' search performance.
This is a hands-on, high-learning role where you won't just be ticking boxes; you will bediving deep into site architecture, auditing crawl data, troubleshooting complex errors, and acting as a confident technical resource for our agency.
This role is entirely focused on the technical foundations of search, allowing you to get your hands dirty with complex, data-driven campaigns and build strong problem-solving skills.
What You Will Do
Technical Troubleshooting & Auditing:Take ownership of site crawl audits, sitemap management, and resolving broken links, redirect loops, and no-index blocks.
Advanced Implementations:Deploy and manage redirects, canonical tags, and hreflang tags for international targeting.
Site Architecture & Performance:Structure semantic hierarchy, ensure clean HTML logic, and drive page performance optimisation (focusing on server troubleshooting, CDNs, and Core Web Vitals).
Search Engine Formatting:Create and deploy Schema markup and format content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).




Off-Page & Link Management:Execute smart internal linking strategies and conduct thorough backlink and toxic link audits.
High-Speed Learning:Monitor, adapt to, and help clients recover from search engine algorithm updates, working alongside top-tier agency talent to grow your strategic skillset.
About You
You aren't a beginner, but you are hungry for more responsibility and complex technical challenges.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with an expert team.
Experience:1–2 years of experience in an agency environment or a similar technical marketing role, with a robust foundational knowledge of SEO.
Technically Wired:You have a sharp eye for data, love inspecting website source code, and enjoy getting into the weeds with crawling tools to find what is holding a site back.
Problem Solver:You have excellent analytical skills and feel comfortable identifying technical roadblocks and proposing actionable solutions.
Driven & Dynamic:You are highly organised, take initiative, and want a role that you can truly grow into over the long term.
Coding experience across web languages is required.
We predominantly deal within Wordpress, Google Cloud Console, WP Engine, Cloudflare, and a mix of top tier technologies.
What We Offer
A salary package of$65,000 p/a (inclusive of superannuation).
