About the role
Join the passionate team at AML Disability Support as a Disability Support Worker.
In this casual role, you will provide compassionate and individualised care and support to clients with disabilities in the Blakeview, SA area.
Your focus will be on empowering clients to live independently and participate actively in their communities.

In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants with varying support needs, helping them achieve their goals, build confidence, and engage within their community.

What you'll be doing
Providing daily living and personal care supports
Assisting participants with community access and social engagement
Supporting participants with skill development and independence
Administering medication where required
Following care plans, behaviour support plans, and documentation requirements
Building positive, respectful relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
Promoting participant choice, dignity, and well-being at all times
Attending appointments, GP visits and more with participants.
What we're looking for
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support or higher qualification
Working With Children Check (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Manual Handling & Medication Administration Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
Police clearance
Right to work in Australia
Previous experience in disability, mental health, or community support roles
