Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a supportive, high-performing team?
Ray White Alliance Property Management is looking for an experiencedProperty Managerwitha minimum of 3 years' end-to-end portfolio management experienceto manage a quality portfolio throughoutLogan, Ipswich and Southern Brisbane.
This is a genuine semi-work-from-home chance, allowing you to work predominantly from home while attending our Coomera officeone day per fortnightfor team meetings, training and collaboration.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio, managing all aspects of Property Management from end to end while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Managing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.
Reviewing routine inspections and coordinating any required follow-up.
Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.
Liaising with trades and contractors to achieve timely maintenance outcomes.
Providing proactive communication and professional advice to your clients.
Managing your portfolio efficiently while working autonomously.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:




A minimum of3 years' experience managing an end-to-end residential portfolio.
A strong understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Outstanding organisation and time management.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
