Terreco Resources, a proud member of the well-establishedTodd Group, is seeking a reliable, hard-workingQuarry Labourer / Quarry All-Rounderto join our growing team at ourBuaraba Sand Quarry, located just 27km from Gatton.
We are particularly interested in candidates who live locally in theLockyer Valley, Gatton, Toowoomba, Somerset Region or surrounding areasand are looking for reliable, long-term employment close to home.
Terreco Resources' Buaraba operation supplies high-quality sand and gravel products that support infrastructure, construction and development projects throughout the Lockyer Valley, Somerset Region and South East Queensland.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with day-to-day quarry operations and general labouring duties.
Performing site clean-up, housekeeping and maintenance activities.
Working alongside plant operators and quarry supervisors to support production activities.
Loading, sorting and stockpiling quarry materials.
Conducting basic equipment and site inspections.
Assisting with routine maintenance and repairs where required.
Following site safety, environmental and operational procedures at all times.
Learning to operate various mobile plant and equipment as skills and experience develop.
What We're Looking For
A strong work ethic and willingness to undertake physically demanding outdoor work.
Ability to work safely and follow directions.
Reliable, punctual and committed to being part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a quarry environment.
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Previous labouring experience in quarrying, construction, civil, landscaping, agriculture or similar industries highly regarded.




Experience operating machinery such as loaders, articulated dump trucks (Moxy), water carts, excavators or similar equipment is a bonus, butnot essential.
Relevant machinery tickets and/or VOCs are advantageous but not required.
Preference will be given to applicants who reside in the Lockyer Valley and surrounding local areas.
