About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining technical repair work with front desk customer service.
You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while carrying out high-quality smartphone repairs in accordance with Samsung's strict repair standards.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Samsung smartphones and tablets
Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera and other hardware repairs
Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs following Samsung procedures
Conduct quality testing before returning devices to customers
Book in repair jobs and explain repair processes to customers
Answer phone calls, emails and online enquiries
Process payments, invoices and customer collections
Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
Recommend accessories and additional protection products where appropriate
Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment
Work collaboratively with technicians and the customer service team
What We're Looking For




Previous mobile phone /tablet repair experience
Previous experience working at a Samsung Authorised Service Centre is highly regarded.
Customer service or retail experience preferred
Passion for technology and electronics
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
Experience with Samsung, Apple or Android devices is advantageous
