What You'll Be Doing
Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
Demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives.
Presenting vehicle features, benefits, pricing and finance options.
Guiding customers through the purchase process.
Maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve shared goals.
Continuously developing your product and industry knowledge.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
A passion for working with people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilience and confidence when overcoming objections.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work effectively within a team workplace.
Australian work rights.
An unrestricted Open Driver Licence with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sports, tourism or any customer-facing environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
