The Role:
As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and care.
You'll work as part of a busy kitchen team to ensure every plate made with love and served with pride.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always followed
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Assist with inventory, prep, and daily cleaning as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience withItalian cuisine preferred, including fresh pasta and woodfire pizza oven experience




Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
Good knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment under pressure
Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
Availability to work over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
