About the Role
This role will report to the Retail Supervisor and will be based within our Retail department.
The key to this role is participation and commitment to achieving departmental objectives within a Tourism environment.
You will be an energetic, positive team player who leads by example.
You will be responsible for customer service, maximising sales, cash and stock control, dispute resolution, visual merchandising and assisting with other leadership duties as required.
This role will be from Sunday - Thursday.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a Team Leader role.
You will be a self-starter and have a willingness to learn all aspects of the role.
You will be well presented and have a great knowledge and understanding of working within a Retail store.
You will work confidently with your team to provide an outstanding, safe, efficient, and memorable guest service experience.
Other required skills and qualifications we are looking for include:
A fun, energetic and highly motivated attitude, with excellent communication skills




Experience working in solo outlets and working across a large team
Strong customer service experience working in a fast-paced tourism environment
Experience leading and maintaining a Retail store, including stock replenishment, stock control, and visual merchandising
Experience with leading by example and the ability to ensure the delivery of an efficient and friendly Guest service
A 'can-do' attitude with the ability to lead your Team in setting and achieving workloads
Enjoys striving to achieve targets while working towards department goals and objectives
A high level of attention detail to maintain optimum outlet presentation
Ability to work in an outdoor environment, that has native wildlife such as birds and reptiles
Ability to work in a role that requires substantial walking through all different weather conditions
Flexible and available to work across weekends, school holidays, and public holiday
