As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Field Service Technician to join our team based in Yatala, Queensland.

About the Role
You will be responsible for servicing, repairing, diagnosing and maintaining a wide range of specialised heavy equipment, including:
Hyundai Everdigm Concrete Pumps
Schwing Concrete Pumps
Truck-mounted concrete pumps
Trailer-mounted concrete pumps
Placing booms
Hydraulic and electrical systems
Warranty repairs
Customer breakdowns and preventative maintenance
Pre-delivery inspections and commissioning
This role includes both workshop and field service work, meaning no two days are the same.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for an experienced technician with strong diagnostic abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Essential Requirements




Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent trade qualification)
Strong electrical diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Strong hydraulic diagnostic and repair experience
Proven experience working on concrete pumps, mobile cranes, access equipment, or similar heavy hydraulic machinery
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
Experience diagnosing complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
Current driver's licence (HR licence preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
