The primary role of aTAFE
SA Lectureris to provide a quality educational service of
training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with
relevant training package objectives.
Lecturers may also be
involved in the provision of consultancy services to
industry/community clients.

Takes?
The candidate must demonstrate current and relevant
experience within the business and management sectors,
including: Operational and strategic management roles within
small, medium, or large organisations.
Experience in supervising teams, leading projects,
implementing business strategy, and managing organisational
performance.
Demonstrated capability in areas such as leadership
development, organisational behaviour, change management,
project coordination, business planning, and stakeholder
engagement.
Evidence of maintaining industry currency through
professional networks, contemporary industry practice, and
ongoing workforce engagement.
What You Need to
Know
A valid Working with Children Check
(WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services
is required before employment.
