About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join the team at our St Vincent's Residential Aged Care Facility on a permanent part-time basis, working a roster of 5 shifts per fortnight.
The successful applicant will have ongoing support from the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing, medication management and personal care in accordance with care plans and scope of practice.
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, identifying, reporting and escalating changes in clinical condition as required.
Contribute to assessments, care planning, reviews and evaluations under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individual care needs are met.
Initiate and support medical reviews and referrals when required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with aged care standards and best practice.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and positive resident outcomes.

About you

In addition, you will have:
Current AHPRA (EN) registration
Previous experience working in Aged Care (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed time management and organisational skills
Passion for aged care and the ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents
National Police Clearance or the willingness to obtain
