We are hiring a Broker Specialist to join our Brisbane team.
BiiGGA is an Australian working capital lender.
We fund small and medium businesses within 24 hours, with repayments that flex with how they trade.
Our broker channel is growing quickly across the country and this role sits right in the middle of it.
What you will actually do
Brokers send us scenarios.
You pick them up, work out what we can do, and give them a straight answer quick.
From there you structure the deal, get it to conditional approval, and stay with it through credit and settlement alongside our BDMs and operations team.
Brokers judge us on three things.
Speed, straight answers, and doing what we said we would do.
This desk is where all three are won.
Who we are looking for
We care more about how you work than what is on your CV.
If you have come from lending, credit, broking, banking or finance support, that helps and you will get up to speed quickly.
If you have not, and you are sharp, organised and good with people,



we will teach you the rest.
We have done it before.
What we are really after is someone who returns the call, does what they said they would, keeps a clean pipeline, and does not let things sit.
If you are the person who chases the thing nobody chased, we should talk.
You should have good to strong MS Office skills, specifically Excell, Outlook, Word.
You must have
Full rights to work in Australia and do not require any sponsorship, now or in the future.
Ability to travel to and work onsite at Eight-Mile plains.
