About the Role
This is far more than a customer service position.
As ourClient Liaison Coordinator, you'll become the trusted point of contact for clients from the time their order is confirmed through to completion.
You'll work closely with our Sales, Production and Installation teams to keep projects moving, solve problems before they arise and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll genuinely own your projects and have the autonomy to make a real difference.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of building projects from commencement through to completion.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, architects and designers.
Keep clients informed with proactive communication throughout every stage of their project.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production and Installation teams to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery.
Monitor project milestones and identify potential delays before they become issues.
Resolve client enquiries and concerns with professionalism, confidence and empathy.
Maintain accurate project information within our internal systems.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and takes ownership of their work.
You'll bring:
Experience in customer service, client liaison, project coordination or construction administration.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
A calm, organised approach when managing multiple projects.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A proactive mindset—you don't wait to be asked.
Confidence working with internal teams and external clients.
Australian working rights.
Experience in construction, cabinetry, windows and doors, building products or manufacturing will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
