As a valued field team member of our fauna management team you will be required to undertake fauna management activities that relate to your experience and capability's guided buy our senior management team.
You will be required to undertake our initial on boarding program to ensure our team/projects suits your career progression also meeting your passion.
This role requires a determined team member/s with excellent communication skills, positive safety culture and a positive attitude to deliver quality projects for our clients;

Skills and Experience/ industry development:
Proven fauna management project experience
Fauna spotter catching accreditation/ and or proven background in native wildlife ecology ( E.g. relevant experience i.e. zoo /proven field wildlife experience)
Venomous/ and or dangerous reptile handling accreditation incl; snakes (approved coarse, damage mitigation permit,



statutory declaration by a suitably licenced/qualified person)
Civil infrastructure/ and or resource industry experience holding a white card or state equivalent.
Ability to be a part of team to deliver a quality compliant project/s that allows staff to provide lessons learnt advice to be incorporated in future project management.
Be apart a quality team which values positive environmental outcomes, client service and internal team professional growth.
Ability to pass a job fit medical including drug and alcohol screening.
Desirable construction industry training:
ACDC Training
Tree climbing qualification
EWP/Working at heights qualifications
Chainsaw training
Pre-clearing survey experience
Aquatic fauna salvage experience
