We are seekingCustomer Relationship Managersready to make a real difference.
Based inKewdale, Perth, you'll join a high-performing, tight-knit team working directly with Australia's leading mining companies.
This role goes beyond transactional sales - it's abouttechnical solutions, problem-solving, and long-term client partnerships.
Reporting to theNational Sales Manager, and supported by an experienced internal team, you'll work with mine sites to deliver engineered solutions that improve maintenance efficiency and operational outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow key mining and industrial client accountsthrough consultative, relationship-based partnerships.
Develop long-term customer partnershipsby understanding site maintenance strategies and operational requirements.
Apply mechanical,engineering or equipment knowledgeto recommend tailored solutions.
Identify and convertnew revenue streamswithin mining, resources and heavy industry.
Conduct regular site visits(approximately one week every four weeks) to maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
Negotiatecommercial agreements and term contractsto drive recurring revenue.
Expand Geographe's footprintacross existing and emerging markets.
Develop and implementtailored client development strategies, and report on progress quarterly basis.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Experience inin B2B sales, account management, or customer relationship management.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, mining equipment, fixed or mobile plant operations.
Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting technical or commercial solutions.
Experience withCRM systems (SAP, HubSpot)and Microsoft Office.
CurrentC-class driver's licenceand willingness to travel.
Self-driven, proactive,



and commercially minded.
Exposure to mining,FIFO environments or industrial operations(highly regarded), FIFO environments or industrial operations (highly regarded).
Candidates with experience workingFIFO, onheavy mobile equipment, or withinfixed plant maintenance environmentswill be strongly considered.
