The Opportunity
We're looking for a confident and experiencedPractice Leadto oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Fremantle clinic.
This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you'll be the face of the clinic, supporting clinicians, leading the admin team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll suit this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and can balance people leadership with high-level admin and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead front-of-house operations and create a welcoming client experience
Manage clinician diaries, scheduling and clinic flow
Oversee billing, Medicare, and funding processes (e.g. NDIS)
Support and lead the admin team (rostering, training, onboarding)
Coordinate referrals and manage client enquiries
Work closely with Clinical Director and Operations
Monitor clinic performance (utilisation, gaps, reporting)
Ensure compliance, privacy and day-to-day clinic standards
About You
Experience in medical/allied health administration (2+ years)




Previous leadership or senior admin experience (2+ years)
Confident managing a busy front desk or clinic environment
Strong understanding of Medicare billing (CorePlus a bonus)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Great communicator who can support both clients and clinicians
Current First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Valid National Police Clearance (within 2 years) or willingness to obtain
Current Working With Children Check (WWC) or willingness to obtain
Current NDIS Worker Screen Check (WSC) or willingness to obtain
