? What You'll Do
As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to older people in their own homes and community.
Your day may include:
Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming
Administering or supporting clients with medication
Supporting clients to attend appointments, shopping trips and social outings
Providing respite support for carers
Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping
Completing light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry and changing bedding
Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting any concerns
Encouraging clients to maintain independence and remain actively involved in daily activities

and every visit is an opportunity to support someone to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own home.
? Who We're Looking For
You are someone who:
Holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or a related qualification
Is compassionate, dependable and professional
Enjoys working independently while remaining part of a supportive team
Has solid communication and documentation skills
Is committed to promoting client choice, dignity and independence
Holds a current WA C Class Driver's Licence
Has access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
Has a compatible smartphone for work-related applications
Previous community care, aged care or disability support experience is highly regarded but not essential.
? What You Need
Before commencing employment, successful applicants will be required to provide:
National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
Evidence of qualifications and certifications
Satisfactory pre-employment medical assessment, including alcohol and drug screening
Current driver's licence
Professional references
