Our Service Delivery Teams are the critical link to connect our amazing clients with our dedicated support workers, who provide exceptional support services and quality care.
With expansion of the business, and welcoming new clients to HenderCare, we currently have an opportunity for an exception customer service professional to join our WA team as a Service Delivery and Rostering Officer.
The team is engaging, collaborative, and supportive to ensure you're able to reach your full potential.

About The Role
As part of the Service Delivery team, you will form part of one of the most important teams in our organisation.
At its core, this agile and fast-paced teamwork in a call-centre style environment to ensure the work you do positively impacts the lives of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible.
You will divide your time between coordinating and scheduling client support services, ensuring the perfect match between clients and field workers.
Overall, You Can Expect To
Facilitating a rapid response to fill the immediate scheduling of workers for rosters, according to care plans and communicating amendments with relevant stakeholders.
Identify and apply effective, efficient, and cost-neutral rostering practices in line with the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Award (Award).
Assist with client intake processes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation for NDIS services ensuring all service agreements are most up-to-date and signed.
Respond to all relevant enquiries, including responding to scheduling queries and gaps in a timely manner, and being a first point-of-contact for field workers.
Proactively ensure that rosters are operating effectively and that variations do not impact other areas negatively.

We are looking for engaging and passionate people who are experienced working in a fast-paced customer-focused position.
The ability to show initiative and priorities your workload will allow you to work with tight deadlines with autonomy.
You Will Also Bring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders.
Experience within the community care sector, rostering/call-centre environment, will be advantageous.
Dedication to being a team player in a proactive and supportive workplace culture.
Strong organisation skills.
