About the Role
Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we're seeking aProject Administrator, with grounded experience in the Building and Construction Industry.
Joining the team at our Hindmarsh office, the position will play a key role in administering projects in all areas and delivering a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project documentation, development applications and flow of timelines
Handle client enquiries with professionalism and warmth
Progress and variation invoicing, assist with quoting
Add, amend and review projects in Servicem8 with daily operational requirements
Accurately input daily job tracking information and promptly attend to action items
Provide ad hoc support to management, sales, design and build teams
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in project administration/coordination in the Building and Construction Industry
Experience withQuickBooksor similar accounting cloud-based software with an understanding of accounts administration
Proficiency inOffice 365
Familiarity withServicem8is favorable
Certificate or diploma in business administration, project management, or similar discipline is desirable
