Supervision:1:1 Clinical supervision (fortnightly or monthly) from an experienced OT Clinical Manager, and fortnightly peer discussions.
Admin Support:Dedicated admin team (3 Admin staff) who handles bookings, billings, and service agreements so you can focus on therapy.
Work-Life Balance:Options for full-time or part-time (4-day week)
Team Culture:2 Experienced OT's (2+ Years experience) based in Townsville & 10 experienced OT's (3 Senior's with 10+ Years Experience)
