The Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised administrator to join our close-knit team on a casual basis.
This is an onsite role working school-friendly hours, 9:00am to 2:30pm five days a week, and suits someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Previous experience in logistics or debtor management is highly regarded.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and updating Facebook Marketplace listings
CRM data entry and ongoing maintenance via Airtable
Debtor management, following up outstanding accounts and maintaining accurate records
Preparing and sending invoices
General administration and office support
What You'll Need
Prior experience in an administrative, logistics, or debtor management role
Competency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
Comfortable working with Facebook Marketplace and Airtable
Experience with Reckon accounting software is an advantage
Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
