Davies Stewart is recruiting a dedicated Payroll Consultant for an immediate start.
This is a contract position running until approximately June ****.
While we are ideally looking for someone to commit to full-time hours, we are open to a 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) arrangement for the right candidate.
Please note: Availability on Wednesdays is a non-negotiable, as this is the critical payroll finalisation day.

The Role and Your Impact
As the Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a diverse workforce.
Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the integrity of the payroll function through to mid-****.
Key Requirements:
Immediate Availability: The project requires a consultant who can start right away.Wednesday Finalisation: You must be available every Wednesday to oversee the critical finalisation process.SCHADS Award Expertise: A deep understanding of operating under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Award is highly desirable.Software Proficiency:



Experience working with Paycat and Employment Hero will be a distinct advantage and will allow you to transition into the role seamlessly.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this contract, you will demonstrate:Proven experience in a high-volume payroll environment.Strong attention to detail and a "right first time" approach.Excellent communication skills to resolve payroll queries efficiently.The ability to work independently while remaining a supportive member of the broader team.Organisational skills that allow you to manage competing priorities with ease.Must be willing obtain NDIS workers check.
