Your Day-to-Day
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing a mixed portfolio of approximately 150 properties
Managing lease administration, rent reviews and arrears processes
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
Handling both residential and commercial leasing activities
Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Representing matters at tribunal when required
What You Bring
At least 3 years' experience in property management
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Clear and professional communication style
A proactive, accountable and self-managed approach
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Must have experience in Property Tree
