Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, pursue ongoing professional development, and work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.Role Description This is a full-time Physiotherapist role based in the Greater Adelaide Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-clinic care with some work-from-home tasks such as documentation and telehealth sessions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients' physical function, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering manual therapy, exercise programs, and education to support recovery and long-term health.
The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, coordinating care with other health professionals, and participating in case discussions or team meetings.
The Physiotherapist will also contribute to service improvement, uphold clinical governance standards,



and provide a high level of customer service and communication to clients and their families.Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate Australian regulatory body.Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across musculoskeletal, neurological, or rehabilitation settings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, explain treatment plans clearly, and work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Organizational and time-management abilities, including accurate documentation, caseload management, and the capacity to work across in-person and remote service delivery.Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and career development, with openness to supervision, feedback, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.Comfort with basic digital tools and electronic health record systems; prior experience with telehealth platforms is advantageous.Valid working rights in Australia and, where required, current clearances (e.g., police check, working with children or vulnerable persons checks).
Experience in community, private practice, or rehabilitation settings in the Greater Adelaide Area is beneficial but not mandatory.
